This policy aims to ensure the quality of training in programs delivered electronically (synchronous or asynchronous) or in a blended format, by establishing clear rules for attendance and follow-up.
1. E-Learning Attendance Calculation
E-learning attendance in virtual classrooms and synchronous and asynchronous training activities is considered equivalent to traditional attendance. A trainee's attendance hours are calculated based on their log-in and log-out times on the training platform and their interaction with the content.
2. Minimum Program Attendance Hours
Trainees must adhere to a minimum number of attendance hours for each training program, as follows:
- For programs less than one month in duration: Trainees must attend no less than 80% of the total hours of the training program, whether in virtual or traditional classrooms.
- For programs longer than one month (Blended Learning): Trainees must attend no less than 80% of the total hours of the training program in virtual or traditional classrooms.
- For asynchronous e-learning programs: Trainees must attend no less than 80% of the total hours of the training program through synchronous virtual classrooms.
3. Attendance Monitoring
"Inbithaq" is committed to monitoring trainee attendance in both synchronous and asynchronous training through:
- Synchronous Training: Attendance is automatically tracked via the virtual classroom platform, recording log-in and log-out times. Attendance is also verified through participation and direct responses to the trainer.
- Asynchronous Training: Trainee activity on the educational platform is tracked, including task completion, forum participation, passing exams, and time spent on an activity.
4. Actions and Penalties for Non-Compliance
In case a trainee fails to meet the required minimum attendance hours, the following actions will be taken:
- First Warning: A written warning will be sent to the trainee via email or text message when their attendance drops below 80% (for programs less than one month in duration) or below the specified percentage for other programs.
- Second Warning: If non-compliance continues, a final warning will be sent to the trainee, and they will be asked to explain the reasons for their absence.
- Certificate Denial: If a trainee's absence exceeds the allowed limit, they will be denied the training program completion certificate and considered withdrawn from the program.
- Registration Cancellation: In case of repeated non-compliance across different programs, "Inbithaq" reserves the right to cancel the trainee's registration in any future programs.
Note: Trainees have the right to submit a valid excuse for absence (such as medical reports) to discuss their situation with "Inbithaq" before the end of the program.
